Dr Sanjay Doshi has vast experience in the field of clinical medicine and has worked in various hospitals in the country. His previous assignment was at Hospital Kota Bharu,Kelantan where he served as a Clinical Specialist in the Department of Medicine. He currently manages Kiara Medical Centre, a specialist physicians’clinic that offers in house facilities such as X-Ray, Echo Cardiogram, Electrocardiogram, Cardio Stress Test, Ultra Sonography and Spirometry.
He was born into a Gujerati business family with stores along Batu Road and Mountbatten Road. He received his early education at St. John's Institution. After completing his secondary education, he left for India to pursue his dream of becoming a doctor, ultimately defying his father's dream of expanding the business.
Upon return from India, armed with his MBBS he embarked on his career as a house officer at Kota Bharu General Hospital. He then progressed unto his specialist training in Internal Medicine at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2001. Subsequently, he was posted back to Kota Bharu General Hospital where he served as a Clinical Specialist.
He is happily married with two children and his interests include reading, fellowship, tennis and music. Dr Sanjay Doshi is an active Rotarian at the Rotary Club of Bukit Kiara Sunrise of which he has been a member since 2003. He upholds strong beliefs in regular community work as well as organizing and participating in numerous medical camps for the poor.
